Standard Shipping $100.00 AUD and up · 3-7 Business Days FREE

For Express Shipping the moment the order leaves our warehouse, the following delivery time frames apply:

Metro areas: 1 – 3 business days
Regional areas: 2 – 5 business days

Please note that Jaslar Pearl does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Returns

How will I make a product return?

 Due to the exclusivity of our product range, numbers are limited – so please choose your style and size carefully.

If the product does not fit, you have 14 days from when the product was received to return it via post. 

If your preferred size is no longer available, store credit will be issued.

Pre-orders

When will I get my Pre-order?

Please note all Pre-Orders will be dispatched on the next date available. If you place an order with more than one item, your whole order will get sent out together when your pre-sale item arrives.
